3.3 If you wish to advertise a vacancy, you are required to provide information which will include the name, business telephone number and email address of a contact (the 'Contact Details'). We will hold and use the Contact Details to keep a discreet watching brief for the type of candidate in which you are interested. The Contact Details will be treated in the strictest of confidence and will only be released with your express authority save that Hogarth Davies Lloyd may transfer the Contact Details to Japan, for the use of Hogarth Davies Lloyd KK, who will use the Contact Details only in accordance with this clause 3. In addition, Hogarth Davies Lloyd and, where applicable, Hogarth Davies Lloyd KK, will only disclose the Contact Details to any third party with your consent or where required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
