After completing her MBA at City University Business School (now Cass Business School) Ulrika Hillström joined the Treasury Department of AB Electrolux and progressed to Chief Dealer before leaving to join Swedish Export Credit (SEK) in 1991. At SEK she worked within the firm’s Medium and Long Term Funding Department on new issues, primary and secondary dealing and new issue derivatives.
In 1995 she joined Handelsbanken in London working on a risk management project introducing VAR on a global basis for Handelsbanken Markets. She joined Hogarth Davies Lloyd in 1997 where she spent a number of years in London working in all product areas including Asset Management, Fixed Income, Equities and Corporate Finance. During her time in London Ulrika progressively specialised in working closely with both Nordic clients and candidates until her departure from London and subsequent return to Stockholm.
Since 2003 Ulrika has been running the Hogarth Davies Lloyd Stockholm office where she has responsibility for all product areas and has successfully established the firm in the Nordic region.
