Nicholas Lloyd, a Solicitor, joined the Legal Department
of Yamaichi International (Europe) Limited, where he was responsible for
Legal & Compliance matters relating to Fixed Income, Equity and Investment
Banking.
He resigned at the beginning of 1995 to form, with two other partners, Hogarth
Davies Lloyd where he initially established and had responsibility for the
firm's Global Legal and Compliance practice.
He currently has responsibility for the firm's Middle East and Emerging
Markets practice. In this capacity, he works with a number of the worlds
most prominent institutions throughout the Middle East region and the wider
emerging markets and has concluded Executive Search assignments at the highest
level across a broad product area.
