Flora Coutts graduated in Modern History from St Catherine's
College, Oxford in 1996 and subsequently joined one of the UK's largest
international recruitment firms where she developed an expertise advising
the investment banking and financial services market on their recruitment
of legal and compliance professionals.
In 1999 she joined the Legal & Compliance Team at Hogarth Davies Lloyd
as a consultant where she specialises in the recruitment of the full spectrum
of lawyers (from product lawyers working with the business through to much
broader general legal advisors and also quasi-legal transaction managers)
as well as compliance officers.
